Inleed takes abuse reports seriously and has clear procedures in place for receiving, handling, and tracking all abuse-related complaints. This policy applies to both our domain registrar services (IANA ID: 3867) and our hosting/ISP operations.
📬 How to Report Abuse
If you believe that a domain name or IP address managed by Inleed is being used for abusive or illegal activity, please send your report to:

For reports from law enforcement, government, or other designated authorities, please clearly indicate your role and provide all relevant documentation.
✅ What We Handle
We investigate reports involving, but not limited to:
Phishing and malware (DNS Abuse)
Botnet command & control (C&C) domains
Spam used to deliver phishing or malware
Trademark infringement and fraudulent websites
Illegal or harmful content
🕒 Our Process
- Receipt: Reports sent to abuse@inleed.com are immediately logged in our internal ticketing system, which is monitored 24/7.
- Review: Reports are reviewed by trained abuse response personnel.
- Assessment: We evaluate whether the report includes actionable evidence and falls under ICANN’s or national legal definitions of abuse.
- Action: If warranted, we may:
- Contact the registrant for clarification
- Temporarily suspend, lock, or take down the domain
- Forward the matter to legal authorities or escalate internally
- Tracking: All abuse reports and actions are tracked and archived in accordance with our compliance obligations.
📈 Transparency & Compliance
Inleed complies with the ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA), including sections 3.18 and 1.13 related to abuse handling. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and resolve issues as quickly as possible, typically within 72 hours, depending on complexity.
